  • How do I get a quote from us?

    If you are interested in any products on our website, please feel free to email us. Our sales staff will reply to you as soon as possible.

  • How do I place an order?

    1) Get a quotation from our sales staff.
    2) Once you have decided to place an order, please send your order (order number ) and your delivery address. We will send you a pro forma invoice (PI) for your reference. Proforma invoices include order details, payment terms, shipping and delivery information.
    3) If you agree with the content of the pro forma invoice, please arrange payment .
    4) We will arrange your order immediately after receiving your payment.
    5) the tracking number will be provided to you after delivery. 6) Upon receipt of the goods, please check the goods. If it is intact, the order process ends.

  • What is your payment term?

    We accept wire transfers (bank transfers), letters of credit, Western Union payments, etc.

  • How long can I get my goods?

    We will process your order as soon as we receive your payment. Under normal circumstances, air transport 4-5 days, shipping delivery 9-15 days or 30-33 days.
